How This Works

You contact us via phone or email.  We will provide you with a free initial consultation, which normally takes about 10 minutes.  If at this point you decide to use our services, then here is how it will work: 

1. You obtain your credit reports, if you do not already have them. We have information about how to get your credit reports on our website. If you still need assistance, we will assist you over the phone as well.
2. Once you have your credit reports, you get these reports to us, along with your payment. This can be done by internet, email, fax, or regular mail.
3. Once we have your credit reports and payment, we schedule a phone consultation time with you. Most sessions average about 45 minutes, but this can vary quite a bit, depending on how much is on your credit report, and how much information we need to cover. Best to plan for an hour, just in case.  During this time, we will review everything on your credit reports, identify all negative credit items and all errors, create a goal for a specific higher score within a specified time, and then create a detailed written credit analysis and action plan that will cover the exact actions necessary to achieve this goal.
4. Once the phone consultation is finished, we will send out to you a hard copy of your personalized Credit Analysis and Action Plan for improving your credit and raising your credit score within two business days. If we email or fax it to you, you will have it within two business days. If we have to mail it, it may be longer before you see it.
5. 6 month follow up. We do request that you call or email us 6 months after our consultation to let us know how things are going with your Action Plan to raise your credit score. This follow up is free to you, and totally voluntary on your part. However, we really do like to hear back how things are going, and this will benefit you as well.
